BLURB

The first time Henry Hughes and Cameron Jameson meet, it’s an unmitigated disaster. Cameron reminds Henry of all he left behind when he stopped making adult films, and he cruelly rejects Cameron. When Cameron discovers Henry’s porno-thespian past, he assumes he’s dodged a bullet.
But circumstances continue to throw the two together. Though the physical attraction between them grows, they cling to first impressions, even as a slow dance reveals just how good they could be.
Henry finally realizes how wrong he was, but Cameron can’t cope with “sleeping with the enemy.” It will take a confrontation for Cameron to realize just how wrong he’s been, but unfortunately, he may have lost his chance.

REVIEW

Can two people who annoy the crap out of each other, yet find one another irresistible defeat the odds and fall in love?  That is the question in this quirky romantic comedy novel.  If Hollywood made god romantic comedies for gay guys this would be a blockbuster!
Henry is a super stud former porn star who only wants to find Mr. Right, rather  than Mr. Right Now; Cameron is a somewhat twink link young man who has a far more serious personality and a determination to find a partner with substance and Henry Hughes makes every mistake in the book at every turn to show that he is not that man.
To add to the constant train wreck that is their romance is added Cameron’s roommates Van and Thad, two long in the tooth twinks who are more akin to Lucy and Ethel in their hijinks to get Henry and Cameron together.  Cameron’s nutcase mother and angsty nephew, Henry’s “Uncle” who happens to be a flamboyant drag queen, a Simon, Cameron’s best friend and long-time crush; round out this cast of cracked pots and each and every one will bring an emotion to you weather it is love, hate annoyance or just hilarity.
There is comedy, there is some hot sex, but above all there is romance and a good time to be had by the reader who takes the chance on this terrific novel.  If they make a movie of it I’ll be first in line to get my ticket, soda & popcorn!
